At Discount-PCBooks.com, we strive to ship every order within 24 hours.  Orders received before 8am EST will usually be shipped the same business day. 

 Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please see chart below for estimated UPS shipping transit times to commercial addresses. (Residential deliveries can add up to three additional business days).

 
We offer a flat rate for shipping, based on order totals:

  Total order under $19.99* – Shipping is $5.95 per order

Orders over $19.99* – Shipping is $4.95 per order

$4.95 for the first book

$1.95 for each additional book

We regret that we only accept orders to be shipped to the United States, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO Military addresses.  We cannot accept international orders, including Canada. We are sorry for any inconvenience.  

Time-in-Transit from: HILLIARD, OH. 43026 UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship to any commercial address in the 48 contiguous states (see Terms and Conditions for details). Service Map colors may vary due to differences in hardware and software. Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Discount-PCBooks.com, you may return it within 14 days of date of receipt for a refund.

  Upon receipt of your returned book(s), your credit card will be credited for the amount charged less shipping. Credits will reflect the amount of the sale, excluding shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  Please send your returns using a trackable method.  (Preferably UPS Ground or US Mail Priority). We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
